llama.cpp b11875 发布：Hexagon 后端支持通用维度 collapse/reshape

llama.cpp 发布 b11875 版本，为 Hexagon 后端的一元、二元和 matmul 算子加入通用维度 collapse/reshape 支持。hex-tools 的 profile.py 新增 --compare 选项，hex-unary 改进 collapse 逻辑以在 nrows 较小时执行拆分。
